Find My Neighborhood Mechanic (FindMNM) at findmnm.com. Using the site means you agree to these terms.
FindMNM helps people find independent technicians by area and gives shops simple customer and invoice tools. We are a listing and bookkeeping site, not the repair shop. Work is between the customer and the technician. We do not guarantee jobs, prices, or workmanship.
Technicians are responsible for their login, shop listing, invoices, and how they use customer information. Keep your password private. You must give accurate shop and contact details. Shop descriptions and photos must be about your own work: no HTML, no attacks on other shops, and no illegal or misleading offers. We may remove copy or photos and suspend an account that is abusive, fraudulent, or that breaks the law.
If you provide a US mobile number, you agree we may send texts about your FindMNM account or a specific job:
These are transactional messages, not advertising. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After STOP we will not text that number except as required to confirm the opt-out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cash jobs are between you and the shop. Card payments, when available, are processed by Stripe. FindMNM may add a convenience fee on card payments as described on the site. You are responsible for taxes on your work.
Do not use the site to spam, harass, impersonate others, or collect contacts you do not have permission to use. Shops must only text customers who provided a number for that job or account.
